What Vegobot does

• Quotation and invoice maker: writes item descriptions, quantities and suggested rates from your words, voice or photo.
• Materials list: estimates materials to buy for a quotation.
• Read a bill: reads supplier bills and fills in the expense.
• Voice: turns speech in Malayalam, English, Arabic or Hindi into text.

Each tool does one job

Every Vegobot tool only works on its own task. The quotation maker only writes quotation items, the invoice maker only invoice items, and so on. It will not answer general questions or do other tasks.

Please check

• Quantities, sizes and door deductions: the working is shown so you can check it.
• Rates: rates from your price list are marked; "estimate" rates are only a guide.
• Totals and VAT before sending to a client.

Your data and AI

When you use an AI tool, only the text, voice or photo you give it, plus details it needs (such as your price list for quotations), is sent to our AI provider through our server. Vego does not save recordings after they are turned into text. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our main AI provider does not train on data sent through its business API.
